Fiore is the "replacement" (so to speak) for Farrah, being the "aritifical royalty" that was made. Unlike Farrah, however, when carried by Crow, he truly grants unlimited power. This means infinite grenades, higher jumping, faster running, and a double-jump, on top of rapidly recovering health (though Crow can still die from falls or taking his entire health in damage in a short span, as the recovery doesn't kick in until a couple seconds after his invincibility frames wears off).
Fiore can be carried like normal, slung over Crow's shoulder, but he can also turn into a small fox to nestle around Crow's neck around (or inside of, depending on Crow's modifications) his neck guard. Fiore can also turn into a horse-sized fox, in case Crow wants to be the one carried rather than being the one doing the carrying.
He has horrific nightmares of the labs and doesn't want to be there or in anything like it; as such, he also feels a deep loyalty to Crow for being rescu--er, kidnapped.
He's still an energy-based prince, just with a physical form (the energy-based part is what allows him to reshape himself at will). This means that real food can fill him up, but he can't live on it alone. He still needs energy sources and batteries to recharge from.
He's also fairly easily impressionable, meaning that he's learned quite a few bad habits from Crow and tends to agree with him more than others.
A list of things Mayapple has scolded Crow for:
"Stop teaching him how to hack computers with his energy."
"Don't tell him how to forge people's signatures."
"Quit teaching him how to find out the codes for the fire alarms in places!"
"Don't encourage Fiore to destroy things."
"Don't teach Fiore about alternate sources of energy to steal."
"Stop him trying to steal that poor minion's batteries already."
Because he's in love with Crow, he's far too eager to help, even when it brings about his own harm. This came to a head during one mission where his very body began to flicker and fade out of existence, thanks to being drained too far by his trips with Crow. Crow immediately shut off his suit's power drain ability and was forced to rush through the rest of the mission to make sure he could get Fiore back to the Sovereign in time to help him. While it was frightening for all of them for a while, Fiore was able to recover after being fed a couple of assault battery packs. Since then, however, Crow has limited how often he can help in a row, making sure that Fiore's recharged first.
